Terms and Conditions for Vault Sterling Financials

Our terms are straightforward and designed to foster a lasting partnership.
This agreement is a legal contract between you (“you,” “Customer,” or “user”) and Standard Overseas Finance (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company,” “Vault Sterling Financials”). By accessing this website, along with its sub-sites (collectively referred to as the “Site”), and/or utilizing any of the Services (“Services”), you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms of Use and the Vault Sterling Financials Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”) for as long as you continue to use the Site or Services. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST CEASE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

1. Services Provided by Vault Sterling Financials

Vault Sterling Financials offers a range of Services to Customers, including small business owners and individuals. Our primary service is providing loans to small business owner Customers, either from our own capital sources or by acting as a marketplace for banks, non-depository lenders, and other lending sources. For the credit services and products we originate, we assist small business owners with the necessary documentation, processing, and funding of loans. Additionally, we offer Services through partnerships with third-party providers (“Affiliate Partners”) who may connect Customers with relevant offers for personal and/or business products and services. For instance, we operate as a referral partner for Affiliate Partners, connecting Customers with opt-in offers for products and services, such as personal loans, credit cards, and insurance.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You must be at least 18 years old to utilize our Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you are binding that company to these Terms and affirming that you have the authority to do so. Standard Overseas Finance may revise these Terms periodically as outlined in Section 14. a. Account. You may register for the Site by following the instructions provided to create a Registered User Account (“Account”). As a user of the Site or a Registered User, you agree to the following:

• Exclusive Use. Your Account is intended solely for your personal use or, if applicable, for an authorized representative acting on your company’s behalf. You may not authorize others to use your Account or transfer it to any other individual or entity. You acknowledge that Standard Vault Sterling Financials is not liable for any third-party access to your Account due to theft or misuse of your username and password.
• Information Submitted. You are solely accountable for the information and content you provide through the Site and Services, including interactions with third parties such as Affiliate Partners.
• Risk Assumption and Precautions. You accept all risks associated with using the Services, including interactions with Affiliate Partners and any other third parties, such as lenders you are matched with or referred to.
• Lending/Credit Service. Vault Sterling Financials will make commercially reasonable efforts to (1) identify the appropriate loan category and specific lender(s) that offer competitive terms based on your credit profile; (2) connect you with suitable lending sources, including banks and non-depository lenders, through our proprietary technology.
• Other Services & Products: Vault Sterling Financials may provide additional services and products that address your needs, either directly or through third-party Affiliate Partners. We may share your information with Affiliate Partners with your prior consent for potential offers of additional services and products, which may include personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and other relevant offerings. Note: These services and products may be limited to Customers located in approved jurisdictions.
• No Guarantees. Vault Sterling Financials and the third parties we connect you with may not always be able to provide loans or other services. We make no guarantees regarding the number of loans, fees, terms, or your ability to access loans or funding. Vault Sterling Financials only prepares and processes applications for credit or other services we originate directly. You agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete information.
• Legal Purpose. You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws in your use of the Site or Services.

Use of Information

We may utilize the information you provide about yourself and/or your business to fulfill your requests for our Services, respond to inquiries, and offer additional products, programs, or services that may interest you. We may use your information to complete transactions you request, verify the status of your accounts, or facilitate transactions. We may also use your information to enhance and customize the Services and related offerings, including future products and services. For example, we might use your information to pre-fill form fields for your convenience.

3. User Information

License Regarding User Information. You retain all ownership rights to the User Information and content you provide to the Site or through the Services. By submitting your content, including personal and business information, you grant Vault Sterling Financials a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, translate, publish, transfer, and/or distribute your content. This license also allows Vault Sterling Financials to share your content with trusted companies, organizations, and/or individuals with whom we have a business relationship in order to perform the Services. Disclosure by Law. You acknowledge that Vault Sterling Financials may disclose your information if required by law, requested by a third party, or if we believe, in our discretion, that such disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with legal obligations, law enforcement requests, or legal processes, or (ii) protect or defend the rights or property of Vault Sterling Financials or a third party. Information Security. We take measures to protect Vault Sterling Financials and our Customers from unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information. For instance, we encrypt many services using SSL and regularly review our information practices to prevent unauthorized access. Access to personal information is limited to employees, contractors, and agents who need it to process it and who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Use of Aggregate/Anonymous Information for Research. By using the Site and/or Services, you consent to Vault Sterling Financials using your information anonymously for research into successful business practices and to enhance the Services.

4. Proprietary Rights

Ownership of Proprietary Information. You acknowledge that Vault Sterling Financials owns all rights to the Site and Services. You may only use the Site and Services as explicitly authorized by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or compile any part of the Site or Services. Content. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks (registered or unregistered), logos, sounds, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “Content”) found on the Site is owned by Vault Sterling Financials and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Misuse of Content will result in legal action by Vault Sterling Financials to protect its rights. No Use of Confidential Information. You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, disclose, display publicly, create derivative works from, distribute, or commercially exploit any (i) confidential information or (ii) copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information accessed via the Site or Services without prior written consent from the owner. License to Provided Content. By providing information or content to any Account or through the Site or Services, you grant Vault Sterling Financials and its users an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and prepare derivative works from such information and content. We may also implement new features or services on the Site, which you may voluntarily participate in, under additional terms and conditions. By participating, you grant us the rights described above in connection with those additional terms.
